KJ: Well, Keeping Up With the Kardashians is like the mother ship of our relationship with E! So that will always be a first priority with what we do each year.
The girls have businesses in New York and Miami (Kourtney and Kim Do…) and different cities so it’s just a natural thing for them to go and be back where their shops are and we are just blessed enough that E! and Ryan Seacrest have decided to follow them on their journey and their stores.
Now Kloe and Lamar.
KJ: Yes, it will show you a side of Kloe and Lamar with the relationship and their different business ventures and his side of the family and thing you would never see on our show.
You’re getting out there with the fans. What do they like the most?
KJ: It’s funny but they love all the shows. I think it’s phenomenal that they love all the shows. They support Kourtney and Kloe Take Miami, they support Kourtney and Kim Take New York. They’re excited about Kloe and Lamar. They love Kendall and Kylie. They love Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
We are so blessed and our fans are so loyal.
What have they said?
KJ: They love that we keep it real. We don’t have scripts. They love how we don’t have things that are preconceived. We really keep it real and I think they appreciate the organic nature of our show.
People really want to know what is going on with Kourtney and Scott. Are they going to marry, stay together, what?
KJ: Well, they’re doing really, really well. They are having a great time being parents to baby Mason and I think they will just figure it out. They don’t have a plan. They are not engaged. They live together and he’s been amazing. So I am really proud of both of them.
They are trying to be a family unit and the best parents they can to baby Mason.
How do you as a mom keep yourself out of things?
KJ: We spend so much time together that you really have to make a conscious effort to let everyone have their own life.
Lindsay Lohan, her relationship with her parents has been up and down. What do you think of that situation? Think she’s on the right track.
KJ: I think Lindsay’s had some challenges but she’s such an amazing young woman. She really is. I love her. She’s talented. She’s a good girl and she just has been on this journey that she’s on and I really admire her for sticking with rehab and doing more than she needed to do and I wish for her the best life that she can possible have.
it’s pretty amazing how she spun all of them into continuous success….
Stage mother knows best, eh? Good interview
It was interesting to read how the mother is obviously the power behind the throne. The real driving force behind the Kardashian money machine. I read that, collectively as a family, they earned 65 million bucks last year. That’s fantastic. And sad, too reflecting, as it does, on the mentality of a lot of American TV viewers. So, ladies, take a leaf from Kim’s book and forget abt college and a degree. Get yourself a starring role in a sex flic and your fortune is made!

A well written piece!
However, the Kardashians are quite beyond me.
Where is the reality in reality TV?
They seem to be famous for being famous, which has obviously reaped large financial rewards in the past.
But I think Kim, who got married just a block from my Montecito home, did not think through her divorce announcement well after 72 lucratively paying days.
Some people still respect the sanctity of marriage and I think the way she has handled her split so tritely has upset a great many people, including, unfortunately for Kim, her fan base.
Her oh-so famous butt is now showing distinct bite marks from the opprobrium being heaped on her by the Press and public!
